Master classes provide audience members a unique behind-the-scenes look into the artistry and technical mastery that shape powerful operatic performances.
Each session features live musical and interpretive coaching of up-and-coming singers by an operatic virtuoso, such as Yves Abel, San Diego Opera’s Principal Conductor, Bruce Stasyna, San Diego Opera’s Resident Conductor, General Director and CEO David Bennett, and leading singers. These sessions reveal the process that brings each opera role to life.
